Access is by invitation

You cannot sign yourself up. Accounts are created by the association once your Working with Children Check has been verified.

Why we check first

The library holds material that is not public — program documents, session plans and, for representative coaches, footage that includes identifiable junior players. Access is granted by role, every view is recorded, and a current Working with Children Check is required for anything involving juniors.

Requesting access

Email the association with the following and we will be in touch:

Your full name and the email address you want the account on
Your Working with Children Check number and its expiry date
Your club, and the teams or age groups you coach this season
Your coaching accreditation, if you hold one — it is not required

Coaching accreditation is never a barrier to access. New and unaccredited coaches are exactly who most of this material is written for.

What you will see

Your library reflects what you coach. Domestic coaches see domestic material; Warriors coaches also see representative material. If your role changes during the season, let us know and your access changes with it.
